2008 STC Officer and Board Election

The voting for STC’s 2008 Society election begins March 12 and closes at 11:00 AM Central time (4 pm GMT) on April 14, 2008. Members must renew their STC membership by February 28 to be eligible to vote in STC’s annual election.

Candidates for Director (five open positions):
Suzanne Guess, Rob Hanna, Hillary Hart, Judith Herr, Linda King, Rich Maggiani, Lisa Pappas, and Garret Romaine

Candidates for Nominating committee:
Dia Burroughs, Carolyn Klinger, Carolyn Luttrell, and Thea Teich

Please note that STC’s new bylaws no longer require the officers in STC’s presidential chain of succession—our incoming president and incoming first vice president—to stand for election. Therefore, First Vice President Mark Clifford and Second Vice President Cindy Currie will not appear on the ballot this year.
