Is there anyway to set a message priority level or add an "Important!" icon or something?

It is not possible to mark a message as important in this forum. The best you can do is make the subject line noticeable, like this --

But please don't abuse this capabililty.
The moderators can make a message "sticky" so that it always appears at the top of the list.

I agree with seamus. Why do you want that functionality? Just want to know in case we need to implement a new process or functionality.
